The Roadshow is a ‘hands-on’ event, with opportunities to test drive adapted and converted vehicles, either as a driver or passenger. Motor manufacturers provide a range of vehicles fitted with a variety of adaptations eg hand controls, wheelchair hoist, swivel seat. The vehicles are fitted with dual controls for safety, and a qualified professional driver accompanies visitors on test drives, which take place on a private circuit or road system, or on the public highway.
